By accessing or using Fringely.com (the "Service"), operated by The Dopamine Collective, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Fringely provides IRS-compliant fringe benefit calculators to help businesses calculate taxable fringe benefits for employees. Our calculators include:

Employee Discount Calculator (IRC §132(c))
Group Term Life Insurance Calculator (IRC §79)
Company Vehicle Calculator (coming soon)

Free and Paid Services

Free Tier

Our free calculator allows unlimited calculations with no account required. Free users may export individual PDF reports. All calculations are performed locally in your browser.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide additional features including bulk employee calculations, saved calculation history, and priority support. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for any errors in calculations or any resulting tax liabilities.

User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time through your account settings
Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

Tips and donations are voluntary and non-refundable. We appreciate your support!

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by The Dopamine Collective, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DOPAMINE COLLECTIVE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dopamine Collective, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
